DERMA FILLER - FOR THE LIPS
Lip fillers are are one of the most popular non-surgical treatments and can add a balanced look with other facial features. Dermal fillers are small injections of gel, typically made up of hyaluronic acid.
Some lip concerns include thin lips, lip symmetry/ proportion, smokers lines, lips that have thinned with ageing and lack hydration.
All of which can be restored, smoothed and enhanced with dermal fillers. Lip filler duration can be from 6-18 months.

Treatment & Events
Bruising & swelling is one of the most common complications with fillers especially with lips. So it is important to wait up to 2 weeks for any bruising or swelling to subside. We offer 0.5ml or 1ml of lip filler products depending on weather you need a little enhancement or would like a increase in plumpness. Several injection points on the lips are made and there may be a slight discomfort whilst the filler is being injected. An aesthetic cream is applied before treatment to minimise discomfort.

Tips to consider for less bruising:

-
Please avoid medication with blood-thinning effects prior to treatment.
-
No alcohol intake 24 hours prior or post treatment.
-
Use Arnica both pre and post treatment.
-
No vigorous exercise for 2 days post treatment.
-
Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.

Often clients ask what's the difference between Botox and fillers? Botox stops the small muscles in your face from making movements that cause wrinkles, while dermal fillers plump from below the wrinkles to smooth them out and promote the youthful look.
